Realzyme presented a paper on biofilm detection and treatment to over 150 food industry representatives and nine vendors that attended the MWFPA food plant sanitation seminar in Stevens Point, WI. Among them were processing plant managers, maintenance personnel, and engineers from multiple states.
“Cleaning and Sanitation in Food Plants: Issues and Answers” was a follow-up to last year’s informative hygienic design and sanitation in food plants seminar. It was designed to help participants understand the role of proper equipment design and bacterial controls in implementing an effective cleaning and sanitation program.
