Realzyme will be presenting on the topic of biofilm detection and treatment options, using Realco/Realzyme’s technology, at the Food Safety Consortium’s conference on December 7 as part of the Listeria Detection & Control Workshop, presented by Food Safety Tech. This conference is held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL. This workshop is intended to educate food industry professionals about how to integrate prevention and mitigation procedures into existing sanitation, operation and testing programs.
